Simone Falco was born in Naples, Italy where he grew up in a family of sportsmen and restaurateurs. “Inspired by my mother and driven by our family business, my passion for food and cooking runs in my blood,” claims Falco. Working for the family company, Rossopomodoro, he quickly picked up the skills and drive necessary for a successful restaurant business before deciding to obtain his PhD in electrical engineering University of Naples Federico II.

Simone has since returned to the family business, bringing the FIAT ethos of practiced perfection to life at Eataly’s Rossopmodoro pizza counter daily with his passion for simple Neapolitan flavors and the highest quality.
